Privacy Policy

Who we are

SMPL Visuals (the website smplvisuals.smplads.org and the Windows app) is made by SMPL Ads. For any privacy question, email smplads979@gmail.com.

Your audio, files and settings stay with you

• Microphone and computer sound are analysed live inside your browser or the app to move the visuals. They are never recorded, uploaded or sent to us.
• Tracks, photos and videos you load are opened on your device only.
• Settings and favourites are saved in your browser's local storage (smpl-visuals) so they are there next time. Clear your site data to remove them.

Advertising (website only)

The website shows ads from Google AdSense (Google Ireland Ltd.). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technology to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first. You can turn off personalised ads at Google Ad Settings and read how Google uses data at policies.google.com. The Windows app shows no ads.

Other services

• jsDelivr delivers the MilkDrop preset library to the website; like any web server it sees your IP address.
• Our hosting provider may log IP addresses for security.

We do not run analytics and we do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR), you can ask to access, correct or delete your data and withdraw consent at any time. Email smplads979@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. In Ireland you can also complain to the Data Protection Commission.

Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date at the top.
